Shipping Policy (Delivery & Takeaway)

At Sherris, we offer both dine-in and takeaway options. Please read our delivery and takeaway policy below:

1. Delivery Areas
   

   We offer delivery within a certain area around our restaurant. Please check if your location is eligible for delivery at the time of ordering.

2. Takeaway Orders
   

   Orders placed for takeaway can be picked up at our restaurant location. We recommend calling ahead for faster service.

3. Order Time

   We strive to prepare orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary based on distance, and you will be notified of an estimated delivery time at checkout.

4. Payment for Delivery

   All payment for delivery and takeaway must be made at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards.

5. Order Tracking

   For delivery orders, a tracking link will be sent to you once your food is on its way.

6. Returns and Complaints

   If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We will do our best to resolve any concerns regarding incorrect or damaged orders.
